. Advising a major Housing Association on a complex mixed development scheme on the western side of the Kingsland Basin in Hackney involving several hundred residential units, and new office space. The scheme aslo includes significant public realm and Basin upgrades in and around the site. The complex legal planning and highways agreements were recently signed and work has now commenced on site.
. Advising a developer on a tall buildings proposal adjacent to Westferry DLR station in Tower Hamlets, incorporating a new hotel. The Council have recently resolved to approve the grant of planning permission following many months of detailed negotiation on a new public realm scheme for the area to link into the DLR station.
. Advising on the largest regeneration project in West London, involving around seventy acres of land near Earls Court for a major international property investor. The scheme proposes over ten million square feet of new mixed space and major infrastructure upgrades.
